Typically delivered over just four weeks, they help organisations respond to emerging challenges, unlock new opportunities and build confidence in key areas of growth.

AI Leadership – Strategy and Opportunity focuses on equipping senior leaders with the knowledge and confidence to identify where AI can add real value to their organisation. It builds understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, enabling informed decision-making and the ability to spot high-impact opportunities aligned to business goals.
This unit costs £750 per learner and can be funded through the Growth and Skills Levy. Eligible non-levy employers may currently pay as little as £37.50 (5% co-investment), with Government funding covering the remainder. Subject to planned funding changes, employer contributions may increase to £187.50 (25% co-investment) from August 2026.
The programme is delivered over 4 weeks and consists of four live virtual workshops led by experienced facilitators. Learners will then complete a written assessment at the end of the programme to demonstrate their understanding and application of the key concepts covered.
AI Adoption, Procurement and Governance focuses on helping organisations adopt AI responsibly, make informed procurement decisions and put effective governance in place. It supports learners to assess AI opportunities, evaluate solutions, manage supplier relationships and reduce risk while ensuring AI use aligns with organisational priorities.
